Meet Marielle Legair

Marielle Legair is a global speaker and the founder of Align Labs, a company transforming how leaders show up, communicate, and lead from the inside out.

Her sessions have impacted leaders across the US and EMEA, creating deep identity shifts, behavioural change, and lasting confidence in their leadership presence.

As a trained NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist, she blends behavioural science with presence-based development to spark meaningful transformation beyond surface-level performance.

Her keynotes, workshops, and leadership labs have supported organisations such as LinkedIn, Diageo, and BNP Paribas. Over 100,000 learners have taken her courses on LinkedIn Learning.

Before founding Align Labs, she spent over a decade leading executive visibility and reputation campaigns in New York and London for brands such as Deloitte Global, Grant Thornton, and Experian, helping senior leaders communicate with clarity and confidence in high-stakes environments.
