If we haven’t met yet, I’m Marielle, a leadership strategist, speaker, and mentor.
On paper, my early career appeared impressive; I held a global role at a top accounting firm, with accolades and notable achievements. But as an introvert, behind the scenes, I struggled with visibility, self-doubt, and the constant pressure to perform.
Everything shifted when I started doing the deep inner work. Once I cleared the limiting stories holding me back, I tapped into who I’m here to be. I then began to attract incredible opportunities that I never imagined were possible.
I was booked to deliver keynotes and workshops at billion-dollar brands around the world, became a LinkedIn Learning Instructor with over 100,000 learners, recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice, and was invited several times by LinkedIn to be interviewed at the Empire State Building in NYC.
I share this not to impress you, but to remind you: it’s an inner game first.
